JTT Projectiles has brought cast bullets into the 21st century. Made in Sundre Alberta, the Hi-Tek Supercoat was developed specifically to provide re-loaders with a cast bullet that doesn't smoke and gum up reloading dies like a traditional wax lubed bullet. The coating molecularly bonds to the lead, encasing the entire projectile in a protective shell that is self-lubricating and contains no PTFE or Moly.
What does this mean to you? No messy wax lubes that smoke or gum up your reloading dies and bullet feeders. Since the bullet is totally encapsulated, it greatly reduce your exposure to lead. Please note as these are cast projectiles, a small weight variance of 1-2% could be experienced.
