Shipping, Returns & Pickup

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Canada,
but we cannot ship ammo to PO Boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and ammo / firearms cannot be shipped to international destinations. You must have a PAL to purchase ammunition, firearms, and explosive targets. We do not ship to the USA.

At this moment, we cannot ship primers or powders as no couriers will carry it. These items are available for pickup only.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. You can estimate the shipping cost by adding an item to the cart and inputting your postal code and city on the cart page. For orders over $300, we discount the quote by $20.

Canada First Ammo Corp. reserves the right to provide an updated shipping quote after purchase in the case of system error (misquote) or incorrect address.

Local Pickup

As you navigate through the checkout menu, postal codes within the vicinity of Calgary, AB will be provided the option for a no-charge, local pickup option. After your order has been completed, please contact Canada First Ammo Corp. via email, text or phone call to arrange a pickup. 

Pickup Location: Pickups are available in Northeast Calgary upon scheduling a time with a Canada First Ammo representative. Due to volume, we cannot accommodate pickups outside of the designated area. Often times the shipping can be faster than scheduling a pickup.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Non-returnable items are:

  • Ammunition
  • Firearms that have been used
  • Sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
