We are pretty simple folk who love getting affordable guns and ammo in your hands. Unfortunately there are some scenarios where we cannot do business with you. By shopping at Canada First Ammo Corp., you agree to the following terms:
- We have the right to refuse service based off your behavior. If you have been dishonest, tried to play dirty with ourselves or our businesses in the industry, are rude to us or our employees, we will cancel your order, refund, and decline to do further business with you.
- You accept that there may be pricing or inventory errors beyond our control. This includes scenarios such as single unit pricing applied to bulk items, under-stocked items that we cannot fulfill in a reasonable timeframe, and other such inventory errors. We will do our best to make it right, but if deemed necessary your order may be refunded.
- In rare scenarios you may be located outside all of our shipping carriers service area. You will be contacted for arrangements to pickup from the nearest access point if service is unavailable. If this is unacceptable then your order will be canceled and refunded.
- When purchasing a firearm there are several scenarios that are out of our control, including but not limited to: firearm transfer times, changes to the Firearms Act and the Firearms Reference Table, and other further government actions that remain out of our control. We cannot offer refunds to products that cannot be resold, such as handguns which have a pending transfer. In the event that we cannot complete the transaction of your firearm or firearm related product to you then we will reach out to you to reach within 48 business hours a mutually agreed upon resolution, such as a refund, exchange or store credit.
TLDR: don't be a dick, and we won't either.
